Get Creative With Colour!

cool hair colour with boho wavy hairstyleFestival season = time to get creative with your hair colour! What better way to jazz up your look then playing around with pastel hair colours. If you’re feeling brave and want a permanent pastel colour, then this will need to be carried out by a skilled technician at our salon in Sheffield – book your appointment online here.

Top Tip: For some quick and easy fun, why not play around with pastel hair chalks and colours, as these are a great way to get the pastel effect without committing to a permanent colour change.

If your hair is very dark and you find the colours are not showing up that well, you can always play around with colourful hair pieces by braiding them into your style.

Festival Hairstyle Classics – With a Twist!

glitter hairFor a festival there are some go-to styles that will never fail – including all kinds of variations of braids, hair-ups and messy textures. Braids are great to leave in all weekend, and you can even let your hair loose on the last day for that real boho vibe.

If you get rained on and your plait gets wet, it doesn’t matter… just let your hair dry out in the sun, undo them and shake out vigorously for great hair!

For an edgier take on a hair-up, why not try out some playful space-buns and line your parting with lots of glitter (see left).

Or, thread some metal pins and chains through thick braids for some heavy metal chic – be careful, though!

Festival Hair Accessories
