If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your appointment at our Sheffield hair salon, you must let us know at least 48 hours beforehand. This will allow us time to cancel your appointment and make your slot available for another customer.
Hair Colouring, LVL Enhance Lash Treatments & HD Brows: If you are booked in for a hair colour, LVL Enhance Lashes or HD Brows, you must visit the salon for a colour test at least 48 hours before your appointment for a colour test (only for clients who haven’t been for a colour before). This is to ensure that you don’t have any adverse reactions to the colouring agents. The test process takes a matter of seconds and is required for new customers before we can fully colour your hair or start your HD Brows/LVL Enhance Lash treatments.
Student Discount: Please note, that student discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
