Prime Mover

A couple of us have started using this "new style" gym which is far more motivational than just going through the motions at the local gym. The results are fantastic and the team and clients there are really friendly and inspire you to get the results you want quick with advice on nutrition and detox also this is a fresh take on getting fit, well worth a look!
