We use professional salon brands including K18, Olaplex, Kerasilk and Goldwell, choosing products according to the hair and service being performed. For professional hair extensions, we work with premium Remi Cachet and Beauty Works hair and recommend appropriate extension aftercare for the system fitted. Wigs & Warpaint also has its own range of salon products, which are popular with our clients. We don’t believe in using the same product on everyone — we choose what best suits your hair, your service and the result we’re trying to achieve.

Absolutely. We can guide you through either a big chop for a fresh start or a gradual transition where we work with your existing length. Either way, we'll teach you styling techniques, recommend the right products and support you through every stage.

Yes. A full head isn't always necessary. Targeted hair fillers and shorter extensions can be used to improve sparse sides, weaker areas, uneven growth, broken sections or areas that struggle to retain length. We colour-match and cut the added hair into your existing style so the result is designed around your haircut rather than simply making everything longer.

Maintenance depends on the fitting method, your natural hair growth and the condition of both your extensions and natural hair. Some systems commonly require attention around every 6–10 weeks, but your stylist will give you a personalised schedule. Keeping those appointments is important — extensions that are allowed to grow too far away from the scalp can tangle, mat or place unnecessary stress on the natural hair.

A curly cut is performed on dry hair so the stylist can see how each curl naturally sits and account for shrinkage. This means the shape is built around movement and bounce, rather than cutting wet hair that behaves completely differently once dry.
