Introducing the Hyaluron Pen at Wigs & Warpaint Beauty Salon in Sheffield – No Needle Dermal Fillers for Smoother Skin & Enhanced Lips
We are delighted to be one of the first salons in Sheffield to introduce the Hyaluron Pen which is designed to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and enhance the lips – without using needles!
Rather than relying on injections, the Hyaluron Pen uses high pressure to deliver Hyaluronic Acid and enriching vitamins into the upper layers of the skin and lips. This no needle treatment makes it ideal for clients who are uncomfortable with injections but want to see similar results to those achieved using dermal fillers.
The treatment is virtually pain-free and the results are instant. You may experience mild swelling and bruising but this is much less than with traditional dermal fillers using needles. Most people go about their daily business after treatment.
What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic Acid is a hydrating substance that is found naturally in the human body to keep the skin hydrated and plump. As we age, the amount of Hyaluronic Acid decreases so skin loses its plumpness and elasticity, resulting in sagging, wrinkles and loss of volume.
Our Hyaluron Pen treatments will add Hyaluronic Acid back into the upper dermal layers to give you plumper, younger-looking skin.
How Long Will My Skin Remain Smooth?
On average your skin should remain smoother for between three and six months. However, this does vary from person to person. Most people opt for a course of treatments every few months.
What Is The Difference Between The Hyaluron Pen & Dermal Filler Injections?
Dermal fillers (usually Hyaluronic Acid) are injected using needles into the deeper layers of the skin to precise areas to lift, smooth and plump the skin.
The Hyaluronic Acid mixture used in dermal fillers is much thicker than that used in the Hyaluron Pen which means it is more long-lasting. The results with dermal fillers can last up to 18 months, depending on which area is being treated.
The Hyaluron Pen (see image, far left) uses high pressure to push very liquid Hyaluric Acid through the skin into the upper layers. The liquid the disperses within the treatment area to add volume and smooth out the skin or lips.
Results from Hyaluron Pen treatments can last up to six months, depending on the area being treated.
