Finished School? Time to Start a Great Career in Hairdressing!

Join our academy and start your career on a high with our award winning team in Sheffield.

At the Wigs & Warpaint Academy, we work with The Sheffield College to deliver the best quality hairdressing training at NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 level.

We are passionate about the training we provide, and we use the latest techniques in online learning so you receive the highest quality education.

Students will have 24 hour access to a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) where all resources will be available. To make it even easy to access, all students will be able to use a complementary tablet in the salon to check the VLE.

The  salon training includes the classic foundations that will allow you to move onto the more cutting edge, commercial techniques that will make you an award winning stylist of the future.

Sheffield Safe Places

The Academy has recently teamed up with Sheffield Safe Places.  The Safe Places Scheme encourages business to offer support to people with learning disabilities who may be lost, ill or frightened, by providing them with a temporary refuge and helping them.

This gives our students the opportunity to work alongside people with learning disabilities, and teaches them to treat everyone with the upmost respect.
