Why We’ve Introduced K18 Molecular Repair at Wigs & Warpaint

Today we hosted in-salon training with the K18 education team, and it confirmed exactly why K18 is changing the future of hair repair.

Our team worked hands-on, testing K18 on each other and exploring how it repairs hair at a molecular level. What stood out immediately was the strength, softness and condition of the hair without coating or heavy build-up, and how simple and efficient the system is behind the chair.

Traditional repair systems were ground-breaking when they launched, but the industry has moved on. Many older formulas rely on multiple steps and surface-level fixes. At the same time, more clients are reacting to older formulations across colour and treatment brands.

K18 allows us to do more with less — fewer products, less chemical layering and stronger long-term results. It supports the hair’s internal structure and delivers healthier hair without compromise.

This training marks the start of an ongoing relationship with K18. We’ll be working closely with the brand on continued education, creative and technical development, artist collaborations and in-salon events.
