Here at Wigs and Warpaint Sheffield we’ve been improving the way clients book with us. Many clients love using our online booking system, but a lot of people still prefer to speak to someone. To make things easier and more reliable, we’ve introduced Amy, our AI phone receptionist. This gives the salon a smoother booking experience, especially during busy periods.

Amy is our new digital receptionist and she’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She can help book hair appointments, check availability in the diary, pass on messages, and answer simple questions. Clients who don’t want to book online can simply speak to her instead.
